    Hi everyone,


    We have sent out the surveys to all of our backers (2136 emails in total).


    Roughly 28% of the backers still didn't fill out the survey (598 people). 


    If you still didn't complete your survey, please fill it out as soon as possible. 


    If you need help finding your survey or completing the survey, please reach out to contact@circuitmess.com, and we'll help ASAP.


    It will take 3 minutes of your time, and, unfortunately, we cannot send out your Kickstarter reward if you do not fill out the survey (we do not have your address).


    Will I get my Spencer before Christmas?



    -- TL;DR --

    Most likely, but I cannot guarantee it. 

    We are doing everything we can to get your Spencers delivered before Christmas. 

    Also, please note that we cannot deliver your Spencer if we do not have your address. Hence, please fill out the survey if you haven't done so already.

    -- Long explanation --

    Everything that could have been delayed with Spencer's production got delayed this year. 

    We've received the final batch of components this Friday after numerous delays, and we've been working the whole weekend to start shipping the devices as soon as possible.

    We've employed seven part-time workers because of this, and we'll do everything we can to get your Spencers delivered before Christmas.  

    Doing the fulfillment of a project of this scale in 2020 is quite challenging. 

    There are delays and shortages almost every step of the way. Almost every day someone of my colleagues is missing because of covid.  

    Despite that, I do not wish to burden you (our backers) with nagging about covid and 2020 being a shitty year.   

    We all know how challenging this year was/still is, and I suppose every person reading this was somehow affected by covid.   

    Therefore, rest assured that we are doing everything we can to get this delivered before Christmas, despite the challenges that we're having.   

    I'll keep you posted as much as I can.
