CircuitMess Rewards is our loyalty program that rewards our customers for shopping and connecting with CircuitMess. Rewards include coupons you can redeem at checkout, free exclusive products and much more.
As a registered CirucitMess Rewards member, each time you shop and connect with CirucitMess, you'll earn points which will build up in your CirucitMess Rewards account over time. Once you hit a certain level of points, you will receive rewards as a thank you for supporting CirucitMess Rewards. You can opt to use these rewards at any time upon checkout.
You can earn points for every dollar spent on our site and for completing various actions, such as creating an account, sharing your Birthday with us, and signing up for our newsletter. See the 'Earn Points' section above to learn more.
There are 3 Tiers in which you can find yourself as a CirucitMess Rewards member. Every purchase or connection you make with CirucitMess contributes to how many points you earn and, in turn, determines your CirucitMess Rewards Tier.
- Tier 1: Silver
- Tier 2: Gold
- Tier 3: Platinum
When do I move up a tier?
Tiers are determined by how much you spend. You'll move up to the next tier when you hit the required spend amount for each tier. Spend requirements are as follows:
- Silver: 0 - 1499 points
- Gold: 1500 - 2999 points
- Platinum: 3000+ points
How do I know what tier I am in?
Once you're logged in, head to the Rewards page, and you'll see your current tier highlighted in the 'CirucitMess Rewards' tiers section.
Can I ever lose my tier status?
No. Once you move up a tier, you'll remain in that tier until you move up to the next, higher tier. After you move up to the highest tier, you'll unlock all the perks and get to enjoy them indefinitely.
Registering is free and easy via the 'Sign In/Register' section of the main menu. Please note, the email address you choose when creating your account is used as your membership ID and will not be able to be changed after doing so.
Do I need to join CirucitMess Rewards if I am already a CirucitMess customer? What if I already had a registered website account before this loyalty program launched?
Yes, you have to register. If you are subscribed to one of our subscription lines, the account you created serves as a user dashboard for your subscription only. Accessing CircuitMess Rewards is done through a separate account.
Will I receive emails from CircuitMess if I am a CircuitMess Rewards member?
Yes, you'll receive correspondence from us at various stages throughout your membership. Rest assured, we will only send you emails that are necessary and relevant to your circumstance.
You will be able to view your latest point balance as well as your order and reward history by signing into your CircuitMess Rewards account and viewing the 'My Account' or 'Rewards' sections of the main menu.
How long does it take for my points to update after I make a purchase?
The points you earn will appear in your CircuitMess Rewards account 30 days after your order has been fulfilled.
You will be able to view your latest point balance as well as your order and reward history by signing into your SynSociety account and viewing the 'My Account' or 'Rewards' sections of the main menu.
Can the points I've earned expire?
No, your points will not expire.
I forgot to log in, and I checked out as a Guest. Have I lost my points?
If you are an existing CircuitMess Rewards but checked out as a Guest using the same email address at checkout that you used to create your account, you can rest assured that you have not lost the points you earned on those purchases. This is because the email address you chose when creating your account is used as your membership ID. Please note that you will not be able to change the email address used to create your account afterwards.
However, if you are a member and checked out as a Guest using a different email address than the one you used to create your account, your points will not be added to your CircuitMess Rewards account and will instead be associated with a different email address. For this reason, we recommend signing into your account every time you visit our store.
What happens to my points if I return an order and receive a refund?
If a past transaction is successfully refunded, either partially or in full, you will lose the points you had previously earned on the refunded products, and this will reflect accordingly in the 'Rewards' sections in due course.
In other words, the points you use up to make a purchase that you then return for a refund will not be re-issued to your account.
CircuitMess referrals encourage our valued customers to make word-of-mouth referrals in exchange for a reward coupon. The referral begins when you share your unique link with a friend. You'll find your unique link under "Ways to Earn" when logged in to your rewards account. Friends who click the link will be directed to our website, where they will be greeted with a welcome message and a coupon code. As a CircuitMess advocate, you will then be rewarded for every successful referral, which you can redeem by spending a minimum of US$60 (price after discount) in one transaction.
What is considered a successful referral?
A referral is only considered successful if it meets the following requirements:
- The referred friend completes a purchase for the minimum spend of US$70 (price after discount) in one transaction.
- It must be your friend's first purchase on circuitmess.com.
- The referred friend must use the reward coupon to complete their transaction.
- The reward coupon is the only coupon being used in the transaction. If another coupon is applied on top of the reward coupon, the referral will not be successful.
- The referred friend's IP address and user profile that clicks on the referral link match the IP address and user profile that completes the purchase.
Do I have to be a CircuitMess Rewards member to send referrals?
Referring customers will be able to earn rewards on successful referrals even if they are not CircuitMess Rewards members, and existing members will be able to send referrals even if they are not logged into their account. However, we encourage all referring customers to create a CircuitMess Rewards account and log into it with every visit to our store so that any referrals sent and rewards earned are automatically attributed to the same email address that was used to create your account. This keeps your points history and referral history linked.
How can I keep track of the referrals I've sent?
You can keep track of your completed and pending referrals by clicking the 'Your Referrals' tab at the top of the referrals section. We encourage all referring customers to create a CircuitMess Rewards account and log into it with every visit to our store so that any referrals sent and rewards earned are automatically attributed to the same email address that was used to create your account. This keeps your points history and referral history linked.
What if I already follow you on Instagram or Facebook?
In order to now receive the points for either or both of these actions, we ask that you simply navigate to the "Earn points" section in your rewards account and click "Complete Activity" on their tiles ('Follow us on Instagram' and 'Like us on Facebook'). This will confirm the action and ensure it reflects in your account as points earned. For security reasons, we are unable to carry this step out for you.
What if I am already subscribed to your newsletter?
Subscribers of our email newsletter prior to CircuitMess Rewards launch will have been credited with 500 points for having already completed this action. This credit will be associated with the email address used to subscribe. If this relates to you, but you are not yet a member, simply create an account using that same email address and your 500 points for subscribing will be waiting for you in the My Account section of the site.
For members who would like to subscribe to our newsletter, please do so using the same address as your CircuitMess Rewards account email otherwise, your points will be split across the email address used to create your account and the different one used to subscribe. If this is the case for you, we invite you to simply resubscribe using your account email address and then unsubscribe from your other email address to avoid receiving our newsletter twice.
When you reach 500 points, you will receive a $10 off reward coupon; when you reach 1000 points, you will receive a $15 off reward coupon; and when you reach 1500 points, you will receive a $20 off reward coupon. You can also exchange points for free products.
The more you do and spend, the more you earn, and the more you earn, the more you're rewarded. It's our way of thanking you for making CircuitMess a part of your journey to becoming a STEM Super Hero.
How can I exchange my points for rewards?
When you qualify for a reward coupon, you will be able to opt to redeem your reward upon checkout.
When will I receive my Annual Birthday Reward?
When logged into your rewards account, you can opt to redeem your rewards upon checkout. You will receive your Annual Birthday Reward on your actual birthday, except in cases where the birth date is within 30 days of when it was first entered. In such cases, we will give you the reward in a delay of 30 days from the date of entry. Please note that once you enter your birthday, you will not be able to change it. We look forward to helping you celebrate your special day.
Simply leave a review for any product on our website to receive 500 points. You can earn extra points for leaving a photo and/or video review. Please include your rating, your feedback, your name, and your email address. To receive this reward, you must use the email address linked to your CircuitMess Rewards account.

I forgot my password; how do I reset it?
On the account sign in page, click “Forgot your password?” enter your email, and we'll send you an email with a link to update your password.
